Online exercise: one minute for every chakra. We also suggest you to concentrate on your chakras in other moment of your day (you can do it in the evening before you go to sleep). You can do it alone, particularly after your meditation online.

Please be patient and wait the download of the sound and the voice. Await few seconds can be useful to relax you.

When you have known the right position of every chakra you can begin:
breathe in and breathe out deeply and visualize the colour of every chakra as a light that surround you. Plunge into this light. Now see, one at a time, your chakras: red chakra... and orange, yellow, greeen, blue sky, indigo, violet...

At the beginning you should commit yourself completely because, maybe, you'll see the colour more dark or more light or mixed with other colours.
Don't forget that all you see is real because it's "your reality".
Take your time (there's no hurry) while you visualize every chakra and " you clean it": every chakra must be free from other colours. You imagine to have a paintbrush in your hand to paint a dear object.
Then you visualize the white light which enter through the violet chakra and is around and inside your body, your mind and your soul. The white light has the beneficial power to re-balance, recover and purify all chakras. So you'll see them full of energy and clear and shining.

The right energy of the soul, of the mind and of the body leads to a complete self-recovery and give you the power to recover other people at the distance, too.

Choose a quiet place and make yourself comfortable in the armchair or on the bed. It's important that you remove your tensions from your body and from your mind (thoughts, your worries...). A good relax is very important because it prevents the block of your energy. The tensions disappear and you can feel subtle sensations.

When we want to relax us, to calm us, it's important to breathe properly because when we aren't breathing properly we fall ill and we are weak.

Few people can breathe properly. Our lungs need oxygen to help our body to have better condition physically and mentally. If our blood hasn't the necessary oxygen, we'll have circulation disorders.
The Energy is in the air too. So if we aren't breathing properly we haven't got much energy.


We can lie down on the bed or stay in our armchair to learn to breathe properly.
We put our hands on our belly (we can do it till the moment we have learned to feel the air is arriving in our belly) and breathe in slowly and deeply through our nose while we have the perception to use the lower part of the lungs to fill them fully (but we must not inflate).
Now we breathe in deeply to bring the air in our belly and we feel it swell under our hands.

Now we can begin to breathe out through our mouth while our hands are pushing on our belly (don't do it too loud, we only need to feel the air that fully comes out of our lungs).

To prepare yourself for the meditation, breathe in deeply two or three times till the moment you'll feel ready to begin your exercise.


In the next part you'll find some pages, each one has the colour of every chakra. When you decide to begin the exercise and you'll make yourself comfortable, you free your mind that's full of all thoughts and the images.
Now feel your mind and your soul in a pure and tranquil reality. Here is the light of the knowledge and here you feel a comforting lighting sensation's and quiet and certainty and you feel subtle sensations of your soul, of your mind, of your body.
While you are doing your exercise you feel energetic vibrations of the colour that you are breathing in and of the notes that you are listening and you imagine the light and the colour that are shrouding you. You are the Light.
