The right energy of the soul, of the mind and of the body leads to a complete self-recovery and give you the power to recover other people at the distance, too. Choose
a quiet place and make yourself comfortable in the armchair or on
the bed. It's important that you remove your tensions from your
body and from your mind (thoughts, your worries...). A good relax
is very important because it prevents the block of your energy.
The tensions disappear and you can feel subtle sensations.
Now we can begin to breathe out through our mouth while our hands are pushing on our belly (don't do it too loud, we only need to feel the air that fully comes out of our lungs). To
prepare yourself for the meditation, breathe in deeply two or three
times till the moment you'll feel ready to begin your exercise. |
